SCHEU-DENTAL Light-curing, blue transparent blocking out and modelling material. For fabrication of space maintainers for bleaching splints and medical trays, and sealing saw cuts in set-up models. Can also be used in prosthetics. Curing in wavelength range of 380-470nm. 4×1.5g.

BLUE-BLOKKER® is applied directly from the dosing syringe and can be easily combined with conventional waxes. Light-hardened BLUE-BLOKKER® outdoor telescopes are stable and can be lifted off without tension. BLUE-BLOKKER® also burns at large layer thicknesses, residue-free. The casting results are absolutely dimensionally stable with excellent fit accuracy.
The thixotropic adjustment of the material as well as the micro- and Mini cannulas facilitate the targeted dosing and application of the
Material. Curing is carried out using commercially available UV lamps in the spectral range of 380-470 nm. Depending on the material order and Lamp type hardens BLUE-BLOKKER® in 10-30 sec.

– Sealing saw cuts and blocking teeth and teeth segments after adjustment in the set-up technique.

– Precise application of the gel reservoir – (depending on the bleaching
system) – in accurately defined thickness for bleaching and fluorisation splints and medical trays.

– Blocking out cervical margins, gaps, and strongly divergent teeth as
well as fixing wire elements when fabricating hard elastic splints.

– Applying BLUE-BLOKKER ® directly out of the dosing tip. BLUEBLOKKER ® can be very well combined with conventional waxes.
Light-cured BLUE-BLOKKER ® outer telescopes will be very stable
and can be removed easily without tension. Even when working with
higher thicknesses, BLUE-BLOKKER ® will burn without residues. The
results will show high dimensional stability and perfect fitting.

– The ideal viscosity and the micro and mini cannula allow precise application of the material. Curing with standard UV light in the spectral
range of 380-470 nm. Depending on material quantity and type of
light, BLUE-BLOKKER ® cures within 10-30 seconds.

Description: BIOPLAST® is a soft elastic rubber-like thermoforming material made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) that does not bond
to acrylic. BIOPLAST® has been tested and approved for its biological safety.

Indication: Duplicating moulds for plaster situation models, mouth guard, bruxism splints, positioner, OSAMU-Retainer®.

Model Preparation: If necessary, block out strong undercuts using BLUE-BLOKKER® before pressurizing. For model insulation we recommend BIOPLAST® insulating agent (REF 3189/3166). Apply one layer of the insulating agent to the model, making sure
to prevent the liquid from accumulating in the cavities as well as from drying out.

Pressure Moulding: We recommend to place dental arcade models on the model platform and to embed full models in the pellets. Adhesion
of pellets to the model and the resulting loss of pellets can be considerably reduced by using the pellet cover (REF 3006
large/REF 3007 small).

Finishing: You can reduce the splint to its final extension using SD foil scissors A (REF 3460) or B (REF 3461). The BIOPERM
trimmer (REF 3226), DIMO®PRO (REF 3381), DIMO®PRO SLIM (REF 3376) and POLYFIX (REF 3371) are best suited for
finishing. Best polishing results are achieved using the OSAMU polisher (REF 3247) at 5000 – 10000 rpm.

Cleansing/care: Our CETRON® cleansing and care products are the best choice for splints made of BIOPLAST®.

Storage: Protect from sunlight. Store in a dry place.

Bioplast bleach for bleaching trays:

Description: BIOPLAST® bleach is a soft elastic rubber-like thermoforming material made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) that
does not bond to acrylic. The material does not require predrying before pressure moulding, as it is not hygroscopic.
The material has been tested and approved for its biological safety.

Indication: Due to its material characteristics, BIOPLAST® bleach is ideally suited for  bleach trays for teeth whitening and medical trays. The material has a higher degree of stability than the standard BIOPLAST® material, ensuring a more precise marginal adaptation.

Contraindication: Allergic reactions to components of BIOPLAST® bleach (EVA) cannot be ruled out in sensitized people. Any use not
stated above is contraindicated.

Preparing the model: Apply BLUE-BLOKKER® that serves as a space holder in the required layer thickness to the surfaces that you want to
bleach or treat. We recommend using BIOPLASTIC® insulating agent (REF 3189/3166) for model isolation. Apply one
thin layer of the insulating agent to the model, making sure to prevent the liquid from accumulating in the cavities as
well as from drying out.

Pressure moulding: Generally speaking, we recommend to place dental arches on the model and to embed full models into the pellets.
Adhesion of pellets to the model and the resulting loss of pellets can be considerably reduced by using the pellet cover
(REF 3006 large/REF 3007 small).
