Introducing our ASIGA PRO 4K LOW FORCE TRAY https://www.eurodontic.co.uk/

With over 500 materials from 33 industry leading material manufacturers available in our Open Material Library, we have developed a new style Build Tray to help provide an optimal printing platform for some new material chemistries.

Our new ASIGA PRO 4K LOW FORCE TRAY is recommended for printing softer / less hard and elastomeric materials. Our Low Force Build Tray is also ideal for manufacturing parts with fine details and thin delicate wall sections.

Recommended applications/materials include:

  • Jewellery – All geometry’s
  • Dental – flexible splints, soft gingiva, IBT, partial frameworks
  • Audiology – Earshells, earmould shells for casting silicone
  • Industrial – Elastomeric materials

The tray system of the Asiga MAX™ allows for easy changing and refilling of materials. We offer four trays with maximum print volumes of 1l, 2l, 5l or 10l and a maximum fill level of 300 to 400 ml per application. Each tray is equipped with a RFID chip recording the object volume generated during the print job. Once the maximum print volume is reached, the printer recognizes through the RFD chip that the tray must be replaced and displays this information to the user.

Pro 4K 2L, 5L, 10L available

It is not possible to use the tray exceeding the maximum print volume.
