BLUE-BLOKKER® is applied directly from the dosing syringe and can be easily combined with conventional waxes. Light-hardened BLUE-BLOKKER® outdoor telescopes are stable and can be lifted off without tension. BLUE-BLOKKER® also burns at large layer thicknesses, residue-free. The casting results are absolutely dimensionally stable with excellent fit accuracy.
The thixotropic adjustment of the material as well as the micro- and Mini cannulas facilitate the targeted dosing and application of the
Material. Curing is carried out using commercially available UV lamps in the spectral range of 380-470 nm. Depending on the material order and Lamp type hardens BLUE-BLOKKER® in 10-30 sec.

– Sealing saw cuts and blocking teeth and teeth segments after adjustment in the set-up technique.

– Precise application of the gel reservoir – (depending on the bleaching
system) – in accurately defined thickness for bleaching and fluorisation splints and medical trays.

– Blocking out cervical margins, gaps, and strongly divergent teeth as
well as fixing wire elements when fabricating hard elastic splints.

– Applying BLUE-BLOKKER ® directly out of the dosing tip. BLUEBLOKKER ® can be very well combined with conventional waxes.
Light-cured BLUE-BLOKKER ® outer telescopes will be very stable
and can be removed easily without tension. Even when working with
higher thicknesses, BLUE-BLOKKER ® will burn without residues. The
results will show high dimensional stability and perfect fitting.

– The ideal viscosity and the micro and mini cannula allow precise application of the material. Curing with standard UV light in the spectral
range of 380-470 nm. Depending on material quantity and type of
light, BLUE-BLOKKER ® cures within 10-30 seconds.
