Entirely designed and produced in the USA, the full KeyPrint line is available throughout North America, Europe, and other global territories. KeyPrint resins are compatible with DLP, LED and LCD printers (wavelengths of 385-405 nm). Keystone is profiling 3D printers on an ongoing basis to ensure our KeyPrint resins work reliably in multiple open-source printers.

Prioritizing patient safety, KeyPrint resins are subjected to a battery of biocompatibility tests in accordance with global regulatory standards. Each biocompatible print complies with international standards to ensure efficacy and effectiveness for the patient. KeyPrint’s robust formulations guarantee a 3-year shelf life, along with color stability.

Indications for Use
The SprintRay S G 3 is a light-curable polymerizable resin intended to be used for
fabrication of surgical guides. This material is an alternative to traditional surgical guide
material.

Device Description
Surgical Guide 3 is an alternative to traditional surgical guide making material that is
intended exclusively for professional dental work.

The device is designed in STL file format by a dental design service, preferably SprintRay Cloud
Design, or dental CAD software using digital anatomical data from the patient. This STL file is
delivered to the clinician for fabrication.

Curing
Use one of the following post-curing equipment from SprintRay to cure the device and select the
preprogrammed profile for Surgical Guide 3:
● NanoCure (preprogrammed material profile)
● ProCure 2 (preprogrammed material profile)
● ProCure (20 min at 50o C)
The printed guide may have a yellowish color after post curing. It will turn to clear during
