Introducing SprintRay OnX Tough 2, a groundbreaking dental 3D printing resin for use in creating fixed hybrid dentures. This resin leverages the cutting-edge NanoFusion™ technology, which set a new industry standard by offering exceptional durability and visual quality.

The result is a remarkably natural appearance that closely resembles natural enamel. OnX Tough 2 empowers dental professionals to fabricate fixed hybrids chairside while rivaling milled PMMA material qualities – all without extra mixing or rolling. OnX Tough 2 ensures unmatched strength and high-quality aesthetics, streamlining the process for increased efficiency and fewer appointments. 500g bottles available now in: A1, A2, B1, Bleach and Hollywood White.

Full Arch Implant Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of full arch edentulous patients was the primary reason and indication for dental implants back in 1977 when Branemark introduced the osseointegration process and endosseous dental implants.
Rehabilitation of patients with the need for full arch implant supported prosthesis (often called hybrid prosthesis) has been growing rapidly among dental practitioners and is demanded by many patients nationwide.

1. This treatment enables restoration of function and aesthetics in very reasonable timeframes. The current trend in implant rehabilitations is to develop materials to improve the aesthetics and mechanical
properties, reduce treatment time, and ultimately simplify treatment procedures.

2. Conventional Methods of Hybrid Denture Fabrication. Conventionally, the provisional prosthesis delivered to patients during the healing period would be fabricated by connecting temporary cylinders to a premade PMMA based prosthesis. This procedure, which is performed either on the day of surgery in case of immediate loading, or at a later time when the implants are fully osseointegrated. In case of delayed loading, it is time consuming and can cause discomfort for patients. However, introduction of CAD/CAM in dentistry and improvements in digital dentistry workflows has enabled clinicians to reduce the postoperative complications, improve the patient satisfaction, and provide more predictable treatment outcome.

3. To date, the search for optimum material is ongoing and constant research and innovation has created very unique materials applicable for full arch implant rehabilitations.

Flexural Strength and Flexural Modulus
Objective
This study evaluated the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the samples printed with available dental 3D printing hybrid denture materials in the market. This study provides a valuable insight into the mechanical properties of these 3D printed resins.

Materials and Methods
For this evaluation, bars with 4 mm thickness, 12.7 mm width, and 125 mm length were fabricated according to the ASTM D790. For this test the support span was set at 64 mm. Moreover, bars with 2 mm thickness, 2 mm width, and 25 mm length dimensions were fabricated according to the ISO 4049 standard. For this test the support span was set at 20 mm. The materials printed for this study were OnX Tough 2 (SprintRay), Flexcera Smile Ultra Plus (Desktop Health), Rodin Sculpture (Pac-Dent), and Trusana (Myerson). All samples were printed and cured according to the manufacturer’s
