Established 2014
SprintRay is a technology company that builds end-to-end 3D printing solutions for dental practices and laboratories. Because we are in charge of the design, manufacturing, and support of our products, we can provide full-stop additive manufacturing solutions that are both cutting-edge and user-friendly.
Dentistry as focal point
For us, finding and solving problems is a way of life. Our design and engineering choices are not just informed by the dental community, they are created in service to the community. We build our products so that they solve problems today, while being prepared for tomorrow.
Product expertise instead of product jumble
We’re here to make a carefully-curated selection of the best manufacturing tools the dental industry has ever seen. Our catalogue isn’t filled with dozens of products in search of solutions. For us to stamp our name on something, it must be carefully considered, targeted, and meticulously designed to meet your needs.
For the Next 100 Years of Dentistry
Our 3D printing products are born from the dental community. They are a collaboration between master designers, world-class dental professionals, and superlative engineers who operate in total alignment with a single goal: revolutionize dentistry by bringing affordable, easy, in-office 3D manufacturing to every dental practice in the world.
We Give Physical Form to Digital Technologies
Intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM design, digital design collaboration, virtual waxups, and many more contemporary dental technologies have changed the way dentistry is practiced. These powerful tools have helped clinicians improve care and efficiency the world.
SPRINTRAY CERAMIC CROWN CAPSULES https://www.eurodontic.co.uk/product/ceramic-crown-capsules/
Each single-unit SPRINTRAY CERAMIC CROWN CAPSULES can produce up to 1 crown, 2 inlays/onlays, or 3 veneers in ca. 10 minutes. The capsules integrate the build platform, tank, and material into a single unit, simplifying the 3D printing process for dental professionals.
- Ceramic Crown MIDAS CAPSULE – Class IIa and MDR cleared for use in 3D printing definitive individual and fixed full single crowns, definitive partial crowns in the front and posterior area, individual and fixed single veneers.

Fast
First-ever digital press
Digital Press Stereolithography (DPS) lets you 3D print highly-filled composite restorations in minutes
Easy
AI design, zero upkeep
Midas AI Studio generates AI designs you can customize, then easily print in just a few steps
Revolutionary
Viscosity agnostic
Midas is immune to resin viscosity, supercharging the future of Biomaterial Innovation for highly-filled composites
Meet the New King of Chairside
The most revolutionary 3D printing tech ever to reach dentistry
Midas uses Digital Press Stereolithography, a patent-pending printing method that replaces the resin, tank, and build platform with a Resin Capsule. This advancement allows Midas to print with highly filled resins that are too viscous to use on a conventional 3D printer.
OnX Tough 2 empowers dental professionals to fabricate fixed hybrids
chairside while rivaling milled PMMA material qualities – all without extra
mixing or rolling. OnX Tough 2 ensures unmatched strength🏋 and
high-quality aesthetics, streamlining the process for increased efficiency
and fewer appointments.🔥🎰ull Arch Implant Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of full arch edentulous patients was the primary reason and indication
for dental implants back in 1977 when Branemark introduced the osseointegration
process and endosseous dental implants.
Rehabilitation of patients with the need for full arch implant supported prosthesis
(often called hybrid prosthesis) has been growing rapidly among dental practitioners
and is demanded by many patients nationwide.
1
This treatment enables restoration of
function and aesthetics in very reasonable timeframes. The current trend in implant
rehabilitations is to develop materials to improve the aesthetics and mechanical
properties, reduce treatment time, and ultimately simplify treatment procedures.2
Conventional Methods of Hybrid Denture Fabrication
Conventionally, the provisional prosthesis delivered to patients during the healing
period would be fabricated by connecting temporary cylinders to a premade
PMMA based prosthesis. This procedure, which is performed either on the day of
surgery in case of immediate loading, or at a later time when the implants are fully
osseointegrated. In case of delayed loading, it is time consuming and can cause
discomfort for patients. However, introduction of CAD/CAM in dentistry and
improvements in digital dentistry workflows has enabled clinicians to reduce the
postoperative complications, improve the patient satisfaction, and provide more
predictable treatment outcome.
3
To date, the search for optimum material is
ongoing and constant research and innovation has created very unique materials
applicable for full arch implant rehabilitations.
Flexural Strength and Flexural Modulus
Objective
This study evaluated the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the samples
printed with available dental 3D printing hybrid denture materials in the market.
This study provides a valuable insight into the mechanical properties of these
3D printed resins.
Materials and Methods
For this evaluation, bars with 4 mm thickness, 12.7 mm width, and 125 mm length
were fabricated according to the ASTM D790. For this test the support span was
set at 64 mm. Moreover, bars with 2 mm thickness, 2 mm width, and 25 mm length
dimensions were fabricated according to the ISO 4049 standard. For this test the
support span was set at 20 mm. The materials printed for this study were OnX Tough
2 (SprintRay), Flexcera Smile Ultra Plus (Desktop Health), Rodin Sculpture (Pac-Dent),
and Trusana (Myerson). All samples were printed and cured according to the
manufacturer’s IFU.
